KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is known as a subsidiary airline of Air France- KLM which operates from Amsterdam and Netherlands. With Amsterdam Schiphol Airport as its main hub KLM Royal Dutch Airlines serves more than 90 destinations all over the world. With 30, 118 employees, KLM is the world's most recognized oldest airline company which is still rendering services under its original name since 1919. KLM was even the national airline company of Netherlands before the merger with Air France.
It is somewhat disappointing to note the KLM operation in India. KLM Royal Dutch Airlines only operates in Indira Gandhi International Airport of New Delhi and Begumpet Airport of Hyderabad as far as India is concerned. Though KLM has opted for two highly significant airports of India though it cannot be said that Amsterdam is well connected with India through KLM flights.
